What Happens During a Remote Energy Healing Session?

A remote energy healing session is a relaxing and intuitive experience designed to support you wherever you are. You do not need to travel or be in the same physical location as me to receive the healing.

Before Your Healing

At your scheduled appointment time, I will call you to go over the healing process, answer any questions you may have, and make sure you feel comfortable before we begin.

Once we are ready, I will ask you to find a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax. You can sit, lie down, or choose whatever position feels most comfortable for you. There is nothing specific you need to do during the healing—your only job is to relax and receive.

During Your Healing

Once the healing begins, I will connect intuitively with your energy and tune into what is ready to be cleared, released, balanced, or supported. Each session is unique and unfolds naturally according to what your energy needs at that moment.

Depending on the type of healing you have chosen, I may work with your chakras, aura, energetic body, energy pathways, cords, or other areas that come forward during the session. I may also work with specific spiritual energies, guides, angels, elements, or healing modalities associated with your chosen session.

You don't need to concentrate, meditate, or visualize anything while the healing is taking place. Simply relax and allow yourself to receive.

You may experience sensations, emotions, images, thoughts, or a sense of relaxation during your session. You may also experience very little during the healing itself. There is no right or wrong way to experience an energy healing session. Everyone's experience is unique.

The healing portion of your session typically lasts 30–45 minutes. The length can vary depending on what comes through during the session and what is needed at that time.

After Your Healing

When the healing is complete, I will call you back to discuss what came through during your session. I will share any intuitive insights, messages, or guidance I received, as well as anything I noticed during the healing.

You will also have time to ask questions, talk about your experience, and reflect on anything that may have come up for you.

My goal is for you to leave your session feeling supported, understood, and more connected to yourself and your own healing journey.
