All sessions are intuitively guided and personalized, so you are receiving the healing you need. Energy healing sessions are done distantly with a phone call before and after the session. After the session, I will discuss the healing and any insights that came up from the healing. These insights provide information and guidance on how you can maintain your energy and start being in control and empowered in your own healing journey.​​
